Clifford H. Dales, SIOR

Cliff started in real estate in 1985 after five years experience in corporate banking in Texas and Georgia. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia and received a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University. Over the past twenty one years, Cliff has been active in brokering a number of multi-million dollar investment properties, including office buildings, shopping centers, and warehouses. He has also been very active in tenant representative work for office and industrial properties as well as built-to-suit projects.Cliff is a life member of the Million Dollar Club for fifteen years, and holds a dual membership in The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). SIOR is the leasing professional commercial and industrial real estate association with 1,900 members in 350 cities worldwide. Cliff is also a member of the Board of Directors of The Savannah Bank, and Harbourside Community Bank, Hilton Head South Carolina. John L. Neely, SIOR

John is a 1970 graduate of the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. Later he received a Masters in Public Administration from the University of Georgia.
Active in civic affairs, John is a member of the Savannah Historic Review Board, a past president of the Rotary Club of Savannah East, a past president of Leadership Savannah, and past Chair of the Savannah Development and Renewal Authority.

In Atlanta, he was also an office broker and property manager with a local commercial real estate firm, and an industrial broker with a regional industrial real estate consulting firm.
He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a B.A. in Economics.
David was the 2006 President of the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Savannah/Hilton Head. He is a member of The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He is also a graduate of Leadership Savannah, a member of the Small Business Assistance Corporation's (SBAC) Loan Committee as well as the Savannah Community Foundation's Emerging Leaders Committee.

Ashley W. Smith

Ashley entered the world of real estate in 2002 as a sales associate and a Georgia State registered Appraiser. Prior to his real estate career, he served as a preliminary development consultant with Newkirk Environmental, Inc. acting as a liaison between developers and state and federal agencies. Having graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.S. degree in Forest Resources, Ashley brings a good knowledge base of vacant land to the Neely/Dales team..
Ashley remains active in the local real estate community as a member of the Savannah Board of Realtors and the Savannah-Hilton Head Commercial Real Estate Alliance. He is also a candidate for membership as a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), and is a member of the current class of Leadership Savannah.

Maxwell began his real estate career in 2004 with a Charlotte, NC based commercial real estate and business brokerage firm. While in Charlotte he specialized in retail brokerage for regional and national tenants.

Tina Bennett

Tina Bennett joined Neely/Dales, LLC as Marketing Manager in 1999 and transitioned into the role of Sales Associate in 2008. Her primary focus is on the leasing and sales of commercial properties throughout the Savannah area. Tina's real estate career encompasses 9 years in marketing, research, graphic design and office building property management. She has worked along side all Neely/Dales brokers to develop and implement in-house marketing strategies for a variety of properties including office, industrial, retail, investment and vacant land. Tina possesses a strong commitment to personal service, a familiarity with owner and tenant relations, a working knowledge of all aspects of property management issues including budget reporting, large maintenance and repair projects, city requirements, and general office management issues
